Open Water in SE Idaho? - YooperInIdaho - 01-16-2016 With the warm weather predicted for tomorrow and the Monday holiday, I'm wondering if there is any open water in SE Idaho to try out some new gear that I got for Christmas. I'd normally wade below the dam in American Falls, but that was frozen over solid last time I was out there. Anyone know of a good place?
