A friend checked out the lake yesterday , most of the fish have moved away from the shore . I was hoping this would happen with the ice comming off so early .

Good luck . There was a article in Thursday's Post Register about the lake . The numbers are down , but the size is up . Looks like the lake is headed in the right direction .

That's what I heard but either way it should be a fun day. If the lake sucks we will just jump down and see if we can't get in on the trout fly hatch.
