Minn Kota Terrova - BSF - 03-02-2015
I'm looking at getting a Minn Kota Terrova motor, so I have a few questions.
I have a 16' Tracker Deep-V that I would be bow mounting it on. Would you recommend:
iPilot or iPilot Link
55 lbs 12 volt or 80 lbs 24 volt
Any other suggestions or comments?

If you have the room for the extra battery I would definitely go for the 24 volt system. You will have the extra power when you need it and you will be able to use it longer before needing to recharge.

I have the exact same boat as you. I also have the 60" shaft, 24 volt, Terrova I-pilot 80lb. Placed my battery's in the center mid way in boat, no regrets. Works perfectly!
