Re: [Idaho] GoPro - cpierce - 12-09-2014

I don't have any direct experience, but I have seen YouTubes done with GoPro cameras under the ice.

So I put in "ice fishing" gopro in Google and it brought up a bunch of examples.

As for best ways to steer it etc, hopefully someone here has done it.

Either way be sure and post the results of your "experiments".

Here's a video I made last year. All the underwater stuff was done with a GoPro. I've tried it under the ice at Chesterfield too. It's pretty fun!

Not a chance to use goPro.

Open waters at Daniels.

Plenty of ducks. Mud' in works nice.

We used one Saturday on a fish we caught under the ice. I was worried if it was bright enough. It was really clear. Kinda fun.
