Rexburg Pond Report - OvidCreek - 11-21-2014
Fished the pond Wednesday night for about an hour got into a lot of perch, but no trout, which is weird for me at Rexburg. Actually got some that were 6+'' Ice twenty feet from the bank was 4'', however, ice beyond that was a very uneasy 2'' . Saw two little kids walking all over the ice I asked them if the fat man could test it for them that is when I found the two inches. I kindly asked them to stay near shore; I really did not want to see one go in and have to do a rescue. Give it next weeks cold snap and Rexburg will be great for the family ice fishing!
