Does anyone fish Blackfoot to tilden could use some help on what to use flies spiners or lures any help would be great

Panther Martins in silver or gold size 9 . Put a small split shot sinker about 18" above the spinner . If there is moss in the water , the sinker will catch most of it instead of fouling your spinner .
