FYI if you take the Browse exit off of I-15 (mile marker 30) and go west about 8 miles up there is a redwood tree at the end of the road there. There was an old ranger station there but someone told me that it's gone from a fire a few years ago. Ash creek there is extremely technical but does hold fish.
