Carpin' Today? - TroutBumDave - 06-11-2014 I'm up from the heat of the STG for a day or so and am going out today to slaughter some golden bonies. Anyone else got the day off and care to join me? I'll mostly be sticking around the SL valley, but will eventually head down to UL at some point. Even if you've never carp fished, text me if you want to tag along. I'll put you on a few pigs. I have a couple new areas I frequent (like every day) that have been so much fun. These carp aren't breaking the 30" mark but close and they are almost as big around as long. This one from yesterday, 26" long by 21" thick This one from today, 28" long 24" thick.
