Teton valley fishing - kentd71 - 06-01-2014

My brother will be in Victor next weekend with five or six scouts(12-13) and wanted to fish one day. I suggested the Teton river around the road bridges. Any other ideas? Trail creek pond?

Looks like the upper Teton is running a 1240 cfs...91%. Pretty full. The pond might be a better choice.

I drove over the Teton two days ago and it's chocolate brown and barely within its banks in the valley. One 80 degree day and it will jump its banks. That's not going to change much for another 2-3 weeks. If he's headed to the Treasure Mtn scout camp, there is a large pond inside the camp. Couldn't tell you if its been stocked lately.
A friend took his daughters over to Trail Creek pond a week ago and reports its been freshly stocked with very scrawny 7" bows
