I'm on a trip to Syracuse this weekend. There are many lakes in that area, any suggestion about which one is good for catch small mouth bass?

I wish I could tell you. I was up there all winter a couple years ago but I didn't do any fishing. There is no shortage of places to fish so I'm sure you'll find something.

Try Posting on the NY board. I've fished south end of Champlain and lake St. Katherine near Wells VT on the border of NY, but that's the closes I've been to where your going. They are spawning this past week. Go shallow with Tubes worked well up there last week.
