And they are DRY! Crazy.
What do they do if they hook a big one?
I have a hard time standing on my Fuzion, let alone sharing it. Impressive pay load.

Wow, something new everyday! I don't even see any oars. Did the dog paddle them out there?

No PFD's? I don't see a dog, but take your word for it. I particularly like what looks like a foot pump (bellows) by the gentleman with his back to you. Yup, that side looking a little low.

There was a post awhile back where someone bought a pontoon similar to this. The original owner extended the width of the frame and put a deck and pedestal seat. But, part I didn't understand at the time, the motor mount WAS where one oar went. I see a cable, so maybe this is that boat!?

I went and found another photo I guess it was not a lab as i really cropped this photo as it was along ways away. Nope no pfd and they had a couple paddles. They went all over.

now if they all went over, they'd be in deep doggy doo.
I thought PFD's were required? Bet they don't even have a mussel sticker.

I'm guessing there's no big boats on this lake? One skier pass, the tiny ship'd be tossed.

Re: [CoyoteSpinner] Putting your pontoon to the test - idahoron - 05-04-2014

A sticker is not required if they don't have a motor and under 10 or something like that. They do have to have a PFD within reach and whistle. Ron

I think I know those guys. This is how mussels will get here.

Re: [dtayboyz] Putting your pontoon to the test - idahoron - 05-04-2014

I think the most likely way mussels will get her is on a non resident boat going to a tourney or someone coming up on vacation, or someone that goes to Powell for a vacation and the comes home. Little POS's like that pontoon will probably never get out of the state to even get in water with mussels. Now crabs, that is a different story. [shocked] Ron

It will be an anchor or a lure or a muddy boot or flipper or in a kayak. People with boats have been educated. Someone will drive past a check station thinking the law doesn't apply to them. Ignorant innocence. Anything that touches the water has potential. I still think I know these fellas.

Exactly...LOL But these guys SCREAM "dare me".

After our trip out yesterday and the fast storm resulting in having to rescue a man and his small child from a sinking canoe, I see this as all sorts of DANGER. Specially for the pup.
I just hear Forrest Gump's voice right here.
