Washington Trip in August - TroutMan93 - 02-03-2014
Hey everybody. Hopefully this gets read since there doesn't seem to be a lot of action on this forum . Me and my girlfriend are heading to Washington in August and we'll be staying in the Tacoma area. I'll be packing my fly rods with me which include a 2, 4 and 5 wt (possibly a 8 or 9 by the time of the trip). I just want to know where I can hook into some trout and some dolly varden. I've read about the Skokomish and some others that have what I'm looking for but i want to know which are best and what ones to avoid. I'll also be heading to Rocky Ford for a day and was wondering what type of flies to bring. What hatches will be going on in august? PMs are welcome. Hope to hear some good feedback. Thanks.
