Salmon Dam - mr.jigr12 - 12-01-2013 Has anyone been there in the last few days? Can you still bank fish or is there ice starting? That was all the farther we could get in the boat. Saw 2 groups doing very well. I'm kinda new here.. when does it typically ice up? I'm looking forward to ice fishing. Day dreaming of eyes, frostbite, and slips. Trout bite is decent. I moved here and just getting to know the area. The guy at Sportsman suggested it. Wasn't bad. been doing pretty good but I noticed not very many doing well unless they are on a boat.
