Fished off the bank at Mill Creek tod
ay. Caught 8 small planters . 1 real nice 20 inch rainbow I kept for supper for me and the boss . I went over to Lake Side to check things out . There. Is a sign on the door that says they won't be opened until New Year's .

Is it still filling slowly? I'm thinking ice fishing is going to be impossible this year at IP.

The lake has went from 21 percent to 40 percent in the last 30 days . If it keeps going up ice fishing it will be almost impossible .

Right now until the first of the year they store almost all the inflow, Begining in January they will Start releasing more based on the projected fill date and to improve overwintering of young trout in the henrys fork. IP always fills due to Big Springs. So things may get better in January.
