I was changing the channel on TV and the had a news preview that this would be on at 10pm. The caught vandal was giving some bull about doing it for public safety in the short clip.

It was in the trib today. Another black eye for Utah scouts unfortunately as it appears they were scout leaders. Sticking to the public safety nonsense. If that's the case we'd need to dynamite about 50,000 square miles of southern Utah alone to make it slightly safer for unsupervised children[crazy].
