Made it out with my buddy early this morning and absolutely trashed the salmon. If you are in to catch and release then I suggest you get out and fish. Out of the 15 fish we landed today only one was a hatchery.

Just got off the phone with fish and game here in I.F. and said nothing yet has been proposed to commission for a catch and keep season, but to keep ears to the ground because it could very well happen. All I want for the holidays is a salmon season, a salmon season, a salmon season!

Thanks for the fish porn!! Sounds like a great day. Our success rate is not good on the confluence. So, what were they hitting? Talked to a guy last time we were up there who said he does best trolling helmeted herring. Said an occ. steelie even hits 'em. Mike
