I've fished the mid Provo my whole life but I'm interested in hitting the lower with my buddies. Any suggestions on flies?

Sow bugs, pheasant tails, PMD, caddis, about any nymphs can work at times

Everything they just told you will work on the lower. There has been a really great PMD and caddis hatch in the afternoon, at least the last two afternoons I've been there. Really fun! Good luck!
