First Catch! - KFish93 - 06-30-2013
Today while fishing at Trial lake in the Uintas I caught my very first fish on a fly rod. This definetely made my day! It was my first time casting out on water. I also have only had 3 lessons in a park. TroutMan93 taught me everything I know.

So was it a wet or dry fly? What did you use and what did you catch?
My first on a dry was an 8" trout on a caddis on the Firehole. I'll never forget that fish.

I used a hopper. It was a 10" Rainbow. I got so excited I practically yanked it out of the water. I will definitely never forget it.
