How many of us remember on this Special Day to give thanks for the bounty of our land. Fish and wild life made up the early times of Thanksgiving and were the mainstay of life. Thank you for the beauty and bounty of our land and waters.

that is why I had blue gills for thanks giving.
thankful for what the good loard provided me for with out I might go hungry.
and yes as stange as it may seem the fall festival of harvest feast was celibrated by the american indian before the time of the pilgrim. and at the first recorded pilgrimage day of thanksgiving fish was served.
