Caught a few fish using the Texas rig and had a pretty good shot at winning yesterday but had livewell problems. I caught 2 big fish pretty early largest fish which was close to 5lbs didn't make it to weigh ins alive. Had 3 good keepers but could only weigh 2 of them. This being the first tournament I have ever fished I think I did pretty good. I am going to make sure my livewells are in top shape for the next tourney. Thanks to all you guys for the sportsmanship it made me and my partner comfortable even tho I have the ugliest boat there....... I should get an award for that......
