went up to soldier creek this past, week wind was bad in the afternoon but the fishing was still good, we drifted and did good near the island by the aspen grove marina caught about 15+ we had times where all 4 of us had 4 different fish at the same time [cool] we caught a lot of fish near the soldier creek marina not many big ones but some decent ones there are not much big ones in there anymore [:|] but the fishing was good and everyone had a good time.
P.S. - if you do go up there hit it in the morning there are bad winds in afternoon!!!

Were you guys drifting a worm? How about any kokes? My folks were up there this weekend and never even put the boat on the water. That wind always puts a kink in things!

we did good drifting a piece of chub meat on a jig for cuts, garlic powerbait for the bows and we didn't catch any kokes.
