For those interested, it looks like Doug Miller will have a clip on the Yuba perch restocking efforts. Can't wait for the eye fishery to make a come back down there!

i heard/read somewhere it might be a year or more before they put walleyes back in they want to give the perch a chance to spawn and multiply first

You're right, they are going to give the perch a year or two to get established before they add walleyes. But I'll bet that some doofus, who think he knows more than the DWR, puts a few in before then. I wish it weren't so, but the world is full of 'em.
