Hey all! I'm new to the forum but not fishing. I grew up and still live on the beautiful Miramichi river and have fly fished for atlantic salmon pretty much since I could walk. I've joined this forum because our Dept of Fisheries and Oceans have re-opened the striped bass season with a 15 day retention season and a summer long hook and release season. I'm searching for tips and advice on tackle and tactics for freshwater stripers and a venue to show off this amazing river that I call home.
