Welcome to the nubes. - hooknhunter - 04-17-2013

I see we have a lot of nubes out there. Rather than post a welcome to each one, I thought I'd just post a general welcome to all of them. Sounds like we got a pretty good crop of versatile fishermen in this round of nubes.

Looking forward to hearing your reports guys.

Welcome.

Here is the ultra-official link to all things Newb, Noob, or n00b

Re: [fisherfoster] Welcome to the nubes. - hooknhunter - 04-18-2013

Thanks. That's 2 new things I've learned today.

When I tried to use the term, I meant the defined portion in red, of course.

Newbie, newb, noob, or n00b is a slang term for a novice or newcomer, or somebody inexperienced in any profession or activity. Contemporary use can particularly refer to a beginner or new user of computers, often concerning Internet activity, such as online gaming[1] or Linux use.[2][3] It can have derogatory connotations, [#ff0000]but is also often used for descriptive purposes only, without a value judgment[/#ff0000].
