Lunch on the Logan - CarlF - 04-16-2013
I was able to take a quick run up logan canyon yesterday for my lunch break. Ended up playing dodge the weather, as the snow chased me up the canyon. After a while, I found a nice little pocket of sunshine and a deep run behind a big boulder to fish. I tied on a little beadhead brassie I tied with purple dubbing - game on.
I caught three whitefish and two VERY small browns out of that run. One of the whitefish was of considerable size, but without a tape measure, digital scale, and copy of today's newspaper to prove it, Ill just say it was "relatively large".
I also played with the new phone case a bit more, filming one of the whitefish shortly after release. It was a nice surprise to catch fish with such a short window, and I felt refreshed enough to go back to class with a

Sounds like fun. I'm glad to see that water isn't too high and murky. I just might have to make a trip over there on Thursday.
