This is not official as I got it second hand, but it is a heads up.
While talking to Dave Teuscher, he mentioned that Pacificorp had notified him of work scheduled in Grace at the end of April.
They will be putting the full flow of the Bear River down Black Canyon while they work on things at the Grace Power Plant. He thought the dates were from about Apr 24 to the first or second week of May.
The work combined with the white water flows on the weekends, makes it manditory to check the flows before you think about going fishing in that area. The flow line number is 1-800-547-1501.

Dang, I guess I won't be making it up there until the fall [frown]
Oh well, hopefully the bass will wake up soon so I can chase those instead.
