Middle Provo - Catcherman. - 02-26-2013 Fished the middle today for a few hours. Started off throwing my favorite streamer a black sculpzilla and caught a few small browns. Then towards the end came across a huge hatch didn't know what kind but the fish were surfacing like crazy! Didnt have any dries so I Threw on a PT and it was game on every few cast a fish. Definitely one of my better days on the MP! I have heard that a size 20 or smaller pt works well during a midge hatch. I have to ask.. how were you fishing your streamer?.. i swear i go out and chuck streamers for an hour or two every time I go out and never catch a damn thing on them. The streamers I fish on a type II sink tip stripping them as fast as I can through the deeper holes with less current. [signature]
