Think a guy could anchor out in front of cottonwood and fish with a swedish pimple and a piece of cutbait? We've always caught perch out there while bass fishing, just never targeted them. Maybe it will move some of the rednecks out of the narrows. Been here fifty years and never saw it freeze enough to venture out on.

It did back in the mid 90's for a week or two, we caught alot of perch then but they did not average as big as these this year.
