Hey I havent been able to get outside for a little bit could anyone tell me if Lake Lowell is still iced over or if it has been breaking with this 40-50 degree temperature we have been experiencing?

Lake Powell very seldon ices over in the river. The lake itself does not ice over

Lowell still has ice and is still very fishable.
