Lake Lowell report - Duck-Slayer - 01-16-2013
was out there ice fishing off the Caldwell side dam, talked too 2 guys that were there they had 4 perch I think in the 8" range, I fished the west side of the dam and caught about 12 perch in the 7-9" range, for a quick hour of fishing I thought I did good, looking for those elusive bluegills..... ice was 9 1/2" I measured....

That's awesome! Glad to hear people are fishing some of the local ice! I drove by the other day but wasn't sure how comfortable I was about the ice there. Can I ask what you were using? Still bait or jigging? I was hoping to get out before I start a new job on Monday. After that, I won't have much daylight if at all for a few months at least!
