Riggins hotel recommendations? - ID_Paul - 01-07-2013
My wife and I are planning a steelhead weekend in Riggins next month, and would like suggestions for accommodations. We don't need anything fancy, but a place that would allow us to bring our Lab would be a big plus.

The Best Western is obvioulsey the best and will allow pets but again...very spendy but is the best accommodations.
When I am on the cheap but have to have clean, the Salmon River Hotel is fine but a pain in the arse if you have a boat. Good people though and they dont mindt pets.
The other place I will stay is the Riverview ...somewhat clean and cheap. But I am not sure on the pets.

check out the steelhead inn, its between Riggins and Grangeville, great place, my wife kids and dogs all stay there, pets I believe have too stay in the vehicle though in a pet porter but you may be able too arrange something, very very nice people and are willing too work with the customers, not like a few other place i've stayed at in riggins... been there alot in the past 8-9 years and hands down is the best place too stay,

I have not been there in a few years now that the uncles aren't. Running a race boat but we always liked the big iron hotl. Nice people and the price was good
