Found out from a very reliable source, Forever Resorts has not renewed its contract with the Government to continue running concessions for Echo Bay.
Word right now is everything will be closing down there but a Gas Dock. It will be 100% federally run.
I wish it wasn't true but I think the old days of Echo are gone.

The ramp sounds safe for several years but beyond that it could become scary. Would suck to see it closed. That is one long haul from Callville to the north end in anything other than a 70mph bass boat.

yah i hope they will make some deal. We already have a slip reserved at Calville bay for our house boat just in case this doesn't work out.
