Anyone fished the lower Weber ? Was thinking about heading up to Taggart but not sure about the water conditions ?

Tried to fish it yesterday before the evening storm. It was high and muddy then. The storm hit pretty hard. Probably even worse now.

I hit the mouth of weber canyon and into Morgan... High flows and chocolate milk... Managed 1 hookup in almost 5 hours. Waste of time IMO...
