glendale res. - jaredhamp - 07-19-2012 I was wondering what all kinds of fish are in glendale res. by preston id. I heard maybee tiger muskie does anyone know thanks [signature] Re: [jaredhamp] glendale res. - jeremypeace - 07-19-2012 No muskie but there are large mouth, perch, bluegill, crappie, and rainbow trout. [signature] Re: [jaredhamp] glendale res. - Pharticus - 07-19-2012 I stopped by at dark on Monday. There was a family fishing off the concrete-ramp-inlet and catching rainbows. My son chucked out a spinnerbait and caught a 12" planter on his first cast. Need to go visit in the daytime and give the lake a try. [signature] Re: [Pharticus] glendale res. - cpierce - 07-19-2012 If you go to Glendale, go early. The ski boats there are relentless! [signature] Re: [cpierce] glendale res. - jigs - 07-19-2012 ^ what he said! [signature] Re: [Pharticus] glendale res. - UTExplorer - 07-19-2012 Pretty good crappie fishing in the brush and the surrounding deep water, but they have an advisory on them. [signature] Re: [Pharticus] glendale res. - gstott - 07-19-2012 I just wait until school is back in session. Then I'm usually good to go at Glendale on a weekday afternoon, at least until around 3 or 4. It can be a pretty good bass and panfish lake along with the hordes of rainbow planters. [signature] Re: [jaredhamp] glendale res. - cpierce - 07-19-2012 There haven't been any Tiger Musky stocked in Glendale. Glendale has a nice preditor/prey balance without TM. There are a FEW in Lamont and Johnson. If you want to catch a TM your bet is probably Newton Res in Utah. It has a lot of them. [signature] Re: [jaredhamp] glendale res. - cpierce - 07-19-2012 BTW Welcome to BFT. That is a great first report. A couple of those gills are huge! I haven't ever caught any of the perch in there. Are they hanging pretty deep? Hope to hear lots more reports from you.
