What do you guys think of making a trophy thread? just a place to put your latest and greatest fishing pic, no need to say anything about it just a thread to drool at when you can't be out.

I think this would be a great idea...I always get on here when I don't have time to fish and just admire everyone's catch.
But determining a trophy could be difficult...I consider the 18" brown I caught the other day a trophy because it was on a fly I made up and it was the only fish caught that day over 12"
So maybe a small explanation about why it's a trophy, without disclosing any locations or anything to avoid lurkers!

Any fish could be a trophy It might be the species, beautiful color, the fight it gave. It may just be the area you caught it in that made it a trophy. If you catch a fish that's leaves a lasting impression its a trophy so sure lets have a trophy thread [cool]

What if it was more of a share board? Just pictures of fish, My son caught what i would consider a minnow the other day and thought it was a trophy. He couldnt wait to show it off.

I like the idea of a fish pict board. Last night i caught my two smallest bass ever. I should have took a pict they were twice the size of my jig maybe 3 to 4 inches and that would have been a good start to the board. I did not take bragging pictures of it though.
