Upper Salmon River RAPs - SalmonRiverID - 06-13-2012
This morning we put up several articles on Upper Salmon River RAPs (River Access Points) located in the reach of river that will open for salmon fishing June 23rd. Regular users of this portion of river will be all too familiar with these RAP. However, we think the information might benefit those who aren't familiar with the area. Our first article is on the East Fork RAP. The second describe the Squaw Creek RAP.

cool thanks, I may go salmon fishing this year not sure yet though, I talked too a buddy and there killing them on the main salmon out of the boat.... thinking I should haul my boat up,

I hope you have a drift boat because the only section of river open to Salmon fishing isn't for a jet.

I'm pretty sure that he's talking the lower Salmon, because the upper River isn't even open until the 23rd, so i hope they're "not killing them" yet...

Thanks for your great feedback on both the BFT site & the info. We really hope to be of service to people here. It's fun to write stuff for people who actually care about stuff like river access points. That's pretty esoteric stuff for most folks--but definitely not for people who hang out here.
