Sun Valley Fishing - Dgallen - 06-05-2012 We always go up to Sun Valley for a week in mid July, I'm just trying to find some different places to fish. We usually fish Silver Crek, Big Wood, Little Wood, the Salmon, and a lot of the tributaries up in the Copper Basin. Is there anywhere to chase bass up around there? I love catching the trout, just looking for something a little different. Thanks in advance. Carey Lake is probably the closest. It may only be a rumor, but I have heard that there are smallmouth in the Camas Creek Arm of Magic Res. It is mostly a trout fishing res though.
