Camping at Henry's Lake - EddieFish - 05-21-2012 The other thread kinda got highjacked by fish diet talkers. I'm still on the fence about this weekend. I was thinking about going up friday afternoon and staying til Sunday. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with camping around the lake. I'll just take a small tent and the basics if I do. I checked out the County and State campgrounds, Wild Rose and Red Rock campgrounds. Can you pitch a tent at Hope Creek? I know alot of folks pull their trailers down there, but never paid attention to if you could actually stay over night. You dont have the bathrooms but I prefer the most solitude possible when camping. [signature] Re: [EddieFish] Camping at Henry's Lake - flygoddess - 05-21-2012 Down by the Cliffs. You can drive up that road a mile or so tward the Montana border and find a nice spot to pitch a tent for a night or two. [signature] |
