DENVER -- THIS POST IS DEDICATED TO YOU. - cat_man - 10-16-2003 I just wanted to quickly mention that the only reason Denver lost to the Chiefs was because of the Sports Illustrated CURSE!!! I just found out this morning that Plummer also broke his foot in that game. Guess who was on the cover of Sports Illustrated? Jake Plummer. The last time we lost the Super Bowl? Same thing. John Elway was on the cover of SI. So, all you Chiefs fans quit your gloating, because even with the curse, you only won by 1 point. Wait till next time, when we play in Denver. KC will be going on a long, flight home Sunday night. In the meantime...time to kick the Vikings' cans!!!
