Tieton II Pontoon? - robertferlan - 04-25-2012 Hey everyone, I was looking at buying a used tieton II pontoon boat but I can not find any reviews for it so if anybody has any thoughts on this please tell me what you think. Thanks [signature] Re: [robertferlan] Tieton II Pontoon? - flygoddess - 04-25-2012 See them all the time on lakes. Popular boat. Check the weldson the frame and carry a patch kit made for the boat and you should be just fine. [signature] Re: [robertferlan] Tieton II Pontoon? - idahoron - 04-26-2012 I got to be honest. If the pontoons are not fully covered in PVC I wouldn't but it. I have a couple of the Creek co boats and they spook me not having anything but heavy cloth over the bladders. I am the most worried about a walleye, or crappie, or even a small catfish accidentally giving the pontoon the old poke-a-ru. Heavy PVC is the way to go no sharp rockers. I've only had it on stillwaters but had a great time. As long as the frame and bladders are good, I think you'll be happy with one. [signature] |
