DEEP lightens marine regulations - tomc - 03-25-2012
Hard-core anglers are generally upbeat over the [url "http://www.ctpost.com/?controllerName=search&action=search&channel=sports&search=1&inlineLink=1&query=%22Department+of+Energy+and+Environmental+Protection%22"]Department of Energy and Environmental Protection[/url]'s recently released 2012 marine fishing regulations.
After years of tightening down on season lengths and creel limits that had many once-diehard anglers giving up fishing as simply not worth the effort, the DEEP regulators seem to be taking some positive steps toward opening things up a bit.
