Are you maening driving across the reservoir to hot springs or in from the highway?
Either way is doable but I wouldn't drive a vehicle across the ice but a sled or quad is fine.
I spent both days at hot springs this weekend and access is great.

Thanks! I was hoping to drive to hot springs landing from the highway. I don't have a 4 wheeler so I have to hoof it. Care to comment on how the fishing was? Any info is appreciated!

Dont know about the area right at hot springs, didnt look like alot of ativity when we drove through. We were down in the narrows about 3/4 mile or so and caught lots of dink perch
