Lake Mead - AlbertaAngler - 02-20-2012
I will be in Vegas April 21st-26th, is this a good time to fish Lake Mead. I have never caught Bass before.I will be going with a Guide,would a trip be worth it at this time.I would just love to catch some Bass.
Any info would be awesome.

If your guide knows his stuff you should do all-right. Maybe not load the boat but chances are better to catch some of the bigger bass. Small mouth could be spawning well by then.

Hello AlbertaAngler and welcome to BFT NV. We have three types of bass in Lake Mead: striped, largemouth and smallmouth. You should have some success if you go with a guide. You might like to read through the older posts on this forum to get some good info about fishing Mead. Good luck!
