Does anyone know what permits or licenses are required to teach/guide fly fishing lessons/trips?

Not sure Utah requires one. I know Idaho does and you run a course to get that.
You do need ADA/CPR certification. Maybe some sort of No fault insurance.
Green River requires some special rules.

You'll need land-use permits if you use federal lands (BLM, Forest Service, or WMA's). Not sure about state lands. Maybe parks?
