First Largemouth Bass for 2012 yesterday w/pic! - bytebull - 01-23-2012
Went to the Church pond yesterday afternoon right around dark, before the big storm here and caught my first Largemouth Bass for 2012. It's only 16in long and weighed about 2.5lbs. Pic below.

Good lookin fish! I'll take 5 of those any day! I was actually on Ouachita that afternoon as well practicing for a tourny...must have been something in the air! lol

FLW had their Forest Wood Cup championship there last fall.
Are you a member of Get5Bass group? They have a tournament there in February.

Yeah I was actually able to follow them around during the cup. I am not a memeber of the get5bass tournament series. I have a lot of friends that fish them tho. I kinda just stick to the BFL's, Everstarts, and Weekend Series.
