I hit Rockport last wednesday only to get skunked and on the way home figured I would do a little recon on Lost Creek....The ice looked pretty sketchy and there was some open water up the north arm. There was one fella fishing by the dam and probably another 5 or so fishing up the east arm. There was no snow or ice on the roads really...just a muddy mess. Never did wander down and check thickness...just looked too bad for me to head out so I figured I'd give it a few weeks to scout it out again.
