Foster report - FishingSteve - 11-28-2011
Went to Foster today fished for about 4 hours and caught a few small planters. Every thing went back to play another day except for two that were hooked deep. There is about 1" of ice on the lake by the dam and south shore that reaches out about 100 yards then open water on the rest of the lake. Yes I did try to get on the ice, but it isn't even close to supporting much more than a fishing lure.
