For anyone that is interested: I didn't fish any, but drove by Weston and Deep Cr Res this afternoon.
Weston has a 90% ice coat on it. It looks thin and white from the road. The weather is still warm and much is melting.
Deep Creek Res looked like it was completely ice free still.

I wouldn't be too eager to get out on any of it yet. It has been way too warm, and that ice looked more like spring rotten stuff than new ice.
