If your asking why I sent his post to the Fly Fishing board rather than the float tubing board, then the answer is, he had already made a post on the Float tubing board, so I knew someone on that board was aware that he was a new member.

From the Intro board we normally move new member's post to their state board but since the Ca board has very little activity and it was unlikely that anyone would welcome him there, I looked for other interest that he had. My first thought was Float tubing but then I noticed he had made a post there, so Fly Fishing was my second best choice. General fishing? I'm not sure what board that would be[:/].
Do I fly Fly, No, but I have in the past. Trolling is the method I prefer.

Oh, ok, well I was referring to the new poster too but any new poster for that matter is handled with the same approach but reading between the lines has never been my strong suit, sorry[blush] Before I deleted the link he had, it went to a site that appears to sell blank Fly rods and that was the first pic I saw when I went there but I guess I just assumed that was all they sold, so I figured he must fly fish but maybe not. I guess we should have done this with PM's, sorry about that but feel free to delete all of our conversation if you want.
