Lake LBJ Guide Report - JimF - 09-25-2003 LAKE LBJ: Water stained; 76 degrees; 824.85': Largemouth are fair to good along 5'-8' breaklines of stump- fields and around laydowns using a white 7/16 oz. tungsten spinnerbait or 1/8 oz. Tiny T buzzbaits [both by Terminator](www.terminatorlures.com), 1/4 oz. Rat-L-Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com) and 4" blue flake Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com). [The Whacky Sticks are working as well as Senko's and cost substantially less]. Stripers are scattered from midlake to the dam and slow trolling Hyper Striper (www.kgenterprise.com) jigs in 25' channel. White Bass are fair early using Terminator In-Line spinners, Tiny Traps and white curl tail grubs. Crappie are fair over brushpiles in 15' on minnows and white 1/16 oz. Curb's crappie jigs.
